How long will it take for my Guide Book to arrive?

Within Australia usually 2-3 working days, Outside Australia usually 5 – 7 working days.
MySherpa make no warranty or guarantee of these times as they may be impacted by events outside our control.

What if my book/map(s) have not arrived in this time?

Email MySherpa after 5 working days (within Australia) and 10 working days (outside Australia), quoting your order receipt number and the time you will be flying to Vietnam. If there is time we will post you a replacement copy to your home location. If your are departing within 5 working days (Australia) or 10 working days (outside Australia) we will provide you with a replacement copy of your guide upon arrival on Phu Quoc or at your hotel in Saigon. Email us your arrival date and Hotel booking(s).

What is your refund policy?

MySherpa is not able to offer refunds.

How up to date is the information in the MySherpa Phu Quoc guide?

The guide was completed in December 2007.

What if the information about my business in your guide is wrong or I disagree?

If you are unhappy that personal information about you or the review of your business that has been included in one of our publications please let us know. Where reasonable and possible, we will correct or remove that information at the next practical opportunity - where it has been included in one of our publications that may be the next reprint or next edition. If the review of your establishment is not as favorable as you’d like, we will look into it but please refer to the “About Us” tab. MySherpa is an independent publication and use objective + subjective assessment methodologies. We may have to agree to differ in our opinions.

Why is there no mention of my business in your guide?

If you believe your business should be included in a guide, please contact us, indicating what’s good about your establishment/service. We will endeavor to ensure a review takes place and/or the reasons for not mentioning it are explained. We do not guarantee such a review will take place.
